A Refreshing Coffee

I usually do not like drinking coffee (Starbucks and Dunkin) because their roast just give me a bad bitter taste that lingers in my mouth. This one did not have that which was a delight. You need to mess with the ratio of grounds to water but when you get it right you can sip it black and truly enjoy it.

Good coffee

This was a better than average coffee, enjoyed drinking this during my midterm. Help me stay up and focus will I try to cram. The reason why it is 4 star is because I believe I have had better coffee at a coffee shop but for an online product it is one of the better one.

It's truly a taste of the birthplace of coffee

I admit it. I'm a coffee snob. I've been on coffee tours to Central America, South America, and Africa. I was dubious about trying an espresso at this price point since most of my espressos are over $30/bag. But, a friend recommended this and I'm glad I tried it. Not to wax too poetic, but this espresso doesn't just offer a beautiful pour with rich crema, it offers a moment, a journey to the cradle of coffee civilization. It's the essence of African coffee. I don't know how else to say it. Well done!

Crema for days

Beautiful, beautiful crema on shots I pulled with this espresso. I use a Bambino that I'm just starting to get dialed in. I had to mess with the grind a bit to go with a slightly coarser grind since the beans are so fresh (more oil = more sticking to the grinder burrs). Really started tasting the caramel at the end of each sip. Also enjoyed the lower acidity.

Love this coffee for cold brew

I am using this East African Coffee for cold brew. I love the taste. It is smooth and goes well with just a small amount of sweet cream. I will definitely be ordering more.
